NOTICE
You can probably see that this here fansite has been very neglected as of late. Truth is, since going to uni I just don't have time to run this site, small as it may be. That, combined with the fact I've moved on from listening to InMe quite so devotedly, has promped me to pack it in. The domain name is due to expire in a few months if I remember correctly, and I've no plans to renew it. So, if theres anyone out there who would like to carry on the running of the site, you would be more than welcome to it. email me at tomv.cw at gmail.com if you're atall interested and I'll get back to you.
So, farewell.
tom x
06/12/2006 - Music
I was kindly sent a live recording of Ruins acoustic, so here it is for your listening pleasure: download.
05/12/2006 - NEW DEMOS!
The lads have posted some new rough demos on their myspace, and they sound well mint.
"Hey all, we have put 2 very rough GarageBand demos of the upcoming tracks 'I won't let go' and 'Myths and Photographs'. Both songs have been recorded at home & as such have programmed midi drums & fake bass, (myths and photographs doesn't even have that!)
We have done this just to give you a little glimpse of what is to come next year. We look forward to hearing what you think of these tracks. There is another 12 tracks set to be recorded for the album and we feel that every song has it's own place. It is written, ready to go, and we will be probably recording in february.
Good times ahead! X"
Sweet.
28/11/2006 - Just Filling You In
Well the lads massive tour is well underway, with a brand spanking new set list including lots of new songs besides the classics and some rareties. If you haven't dragged yourself down to one of the shows yet then why not?
Anyway, news. You may or may not know that Dave's acoustic EP has been for sale at the merch stands on the tour. It is six tracks of Acoustic joy and entitled B.S.W.U.E. so go grab yourselves a copy for only six of those british pounds.
In other news, the lads have tons of new 'punisher' merch on the tour to, from hoodies and tees to mugs and bags, so take some extra cash for these lovelies.
Next on the agenda: new songs. The lads have been playing a fair few new songs at the gigs, footage of which can be seen here.
Anyway, things seem to be going pretty swell for the lads right now, so big up to them and lets hope things carry on in this vain for the rest of the tour and the next album. Huzzah.
14/10/2006 - Woops I'm Late
I'm at uni now so havn't been up to date on all things InMe so just to fill you in: DVD came out last monday so you can all go out and buy that now from your favourite record store / e-store. Here's a little review from Rock Sound:
"In comparison with some recent DVDs InMe's looks a bit cheap, but thats not necessarily a bad thing. The backstage footage is pretty basic and kept to a minimum and the no frills interview looks like it could have been done by someones gran. The reason fans will buy it, though, is the record of their London gig at the end of last year. It captures them at a cruicial point, branching out from the introspective angst of Overgrown Eden to the fuller sound of their White Butterfly album. Apart from the muddy vocals on some older songs and weirdly unconvincing swearing in between tracks (alright, we believe you, you're grown ups now), this is a credible document of an against-the-odds comeback. [7]"
Neato. In other news, the Punishement tour kicks off tonight. Theres still tickets for some venues so if you've not picked any up yet you can still. Anyway, best of luck to the guys, the tour should be awesome (though you should have done a Newcastle date!), so hope it all goes fab tastic. If you're going, have a brill time, rock on like.
03/10/2006 - Birftday like.
Shame on you all for fogetting, for it is the one and only Dave's birthday. Three cheers for him everyone :)
24/09/2006 - Dave's Update
Dave posted a lil' update for us all on the forums today:
Hi all, tour comin' soon, expect some new songs and some surprises.
Greg is currently workin' on a new website as our current main page is dead as...we will link the message board to the new site once he is ready.
New songs are comin' on sweet, a lot more technical and interesting than before (gonna be an arse to learn 'em live!) Written about 40-12 of 'em are crackers! Gonna write a load more and keep refinin' it until it is ready.
My ep is recorded just gotta remix it. Am D.I.Ying all the artwork myself with bulk CD purchase and lovely little stamps so it's back to the old school. It keeps me busy and hopefully gives you something to tide you over. I do wanna get it ready for the tour but no promises. It is all one-take stuff and very stripped down to give it a live loungey feel. If it does well I will start on an album in me spare time.
I know this will sound poncey to some but it will also be helping the band's current livelihood, so if you have a soul then please don't rip us off when it is available. Will put a little sample up on myspace soon as I can.
Other than that, bring on the biscuit crumbling tour and thankyou for all of your patience. We salute you with all four limbs. Over and out, DMaccas xxx
Link: here. Sweet.

23/08/2006 - Lotsanews!!!
First of all, Dave posted a big update on the forums for us all (here). It goes like this:
Hello all, really great to confirm all the dates and hope to see you all on the road. We are gonna play loads of new songs for The Punishment Tour so you getta good idea of where we are headed. Sorry about the front page of this site but we are gonna make a new one and link the board to that one instead. Things have been exceptionally tough for me this year so the fact that you lot still support us feels amazing and keeps my chin up everyday. We did a load of new photos with Marianne Harris yesterday and they look great, will get them up well soon. Gotta tonne of new merch ideas for the tour as well which are gonna be swell. Still workin on the album everyday when we can. The workin titles are now;
1. Far-reaching
2. I won't let go
3. Here's Hoping
4. Turbulence
5. RainDrops on Stones
6. Cracking the Whip
7. BlueBuds & the 3 Kings
8. StaleMate
9. DayDream Anonymous
10. With my Friends
11. Mercy of Papillon
12. A Toast to Broken Glass
I don't think this is giving to much away as it is always in development and when a better song is written, it changes everything. Very, very proud of the way this thing is shapin up, it is unlike anything we have ever done. No idea when it will come out as we are still looking for the right deal but will let you know.
You will hear a good selection of these numbers on the road my friends. Any suggestions for tunes you want us to do will be appreciated so long as we agree! Spur of Moment sounds like a plan! Big up and thank you all.
Dave x

20/07/2006 - Greg Greg Greg
Well I think a big welcome is due to Greg, who will be taking over bass duties and backing vocals from Joe. From today he's also taking over the official InMe myspace and will be doing his best to reply to all of your messages and queries. He is still going to be fronting his own band, centiment as well, so go check them out.
So anyway, all the best for Greg and good luck to InMe, lets hope things carry on as great as ever!
19/07/2006 - SHOCKING NEWS!
In case you haven't heard already, Joe has left the band! Dave and Si left this message on the message board:
This is an official announcement to let you know that Joe will no longer be playing bass with InMe. He is going to pursue a different career and we wish him all the best. We have had 10 amazing years doing what we love together and we have no regrets. Good luck mate.
Si and I however will be continuing InMe and will be joined by Greg McPherson on bass duties. We will be playing all announced dates and we hope to hit you with some new music soon. Sir Joe Morgan, we salute you. Dave and Si. X
Best of luck to Joe and lets hope InMe get straight back into things alright. By the way Greg is Dave's brother who also fronts his own band centiment.
17/07/2006 - On Sale
White Butterfly is in the HMV sale for only 4.99 at the moment, so if you don't own a copy there's no excuse not to now.
16/07/2006 - InMe in Rock Sound
InMe are in this months issue of Rock Sound magazine with a few comments alongside the review of Download festival:
Dave: "We're always pretty hard on ourselves, but a few people have come up to us and said, 'That was really cool', and thats nice to hear because, although there were some technical problems with my guitar, everyone seemed to enjoy the vibe. We havn't played a gig in six months, so it was nice to play to a packed tent."
Simon: "We're just getting trollied now our sets done; we went and watched SikTh just a minute ago and they were fucking incredible."
Top stuff.
15/07/2006 - Acoustic Dave
Dave has posted a new blog on his myspace where he talks about the future, new songs etc. Go read it here. Good stuff.
14/07/2006 - InMe Pull Out Of Guilfest
Posted on the forums by Dave today:
"Hello all, hope everyone is ok. I am really sorry to announce this but Joe has broken his collarbone and we therefore cannot attend the Guilfest tomorrow. This has gutted us to the max but it is unavoidable. Mine and Simon's thoughts are with Joe and we wish him the least painful and most speedy recovery. Sorry once again to any of you who were gonna see us tomorrow all I can say is shit happens...to us! Love the fact that you still support us and we will be back soon with a very interesting new selection of music. My God you are a beautiful bunch...X"

19/06/2006 - Interview And Pics
getAmped interviewed InMe for Burn magazine at download festival. You can download a audio version of the interview here, as well as interviews with quite a few other great bands. Also, there are four new pictures in the gallery, which are photos from backstage at Download.
16/06/2006 - Downloadareview
Well InMe played download a week ago today. All the lucky people who got to go said it was a brilliant show and they pulled a great crowd. There are a couple of neat photos in this thread on the forums. Apparently they also announced something due in August, possible a third album, which they have nine songs ready for! Good news.
Here are a couple of reviews from Download (credit to martin13):
Kerrang: InMe's [KKK] melodic angst can only be the anti-climax,but even if the singer/lead guitarist Dave Mcpherson's studded guitar strap proves to be the most metal thing about the essex trio today, they pulled off an inpassioned performance that gets greeted at all points by a deluge of teenage screams.
Download Website: With an image more post-hardcore than post-grunge, Inme embellish Deftones softly-screamy histrionics into their set in a way that’s refreshingly unique for a British band. Dave Mcpherson’s vocals may be hit and miss in parts but you can’t argue with a rock star showmanship that simply dazzles on such a small stage.
08/06/2006 - GuilFest
InMe will be headlining the Rocksound cave at this years GuilFest! The event runs from 14th - 16th July, and InMe play on Saturday the 15th. The festival is in Guildford, Surrey. Visit the official site here.
06/06/2006 - Download Time
InMe play Download festival this Friday. They will play the Snickers Stage at 18:45 - 19:25. Have fun anyone who's lucky enough to be going!
04/06/2006 - Downloadaview
Jakamo will be interviewing InMe at download festival, and so if you've a question you'd like to ask the band, then head over to the forums and suggest a question to him! Lucky dude.
27/05/2006 - Its the End of Days
It has been confirmed that InMe will headline the 'End Of Days' festival in Hemsby, near Great Yarmouth on Saturday the 14th of October. The event runs all weekend with bands playing from 7pm on Friday until midnight, then from 1pm to midnight on the Saturday. Tickets start from 49 pound which includes two nights accommodation (Friday and Saturday) in decent lodging. For more information and for tickets see www.endofdaysfest.co.uk.
24/05/2006 - Overgrown Eden Re-Release
According to HMV, InMe will be re-releasing Overgrown Eden on the 5th of June as a special edition disc. Presumably this means that the lads have acquired the rights to their old songs since changing labels. So if you missed out on getting a copy, then you'll soon be able to, possibly with 'bonus' material. However, there has been no official word on this re-release yet. Thanks to 'Circle Of Fear' for the heads up on this.
p.s. I will finish the site soon, more exams in college right now though =/.
10/05/2006 - Grey Butterfly
The site has had a mini revamp, so it is a bit easier to read and use. They'll still be a few changes to it yet but this is basically the new look. Anyway, there is some lovely new content to go with it: I finally managed to screencap the OtherSide video, so there is 15 screencaps here. You can also now download the video here, thanks to jakamo for ripping it. There is also an old school video interview here. They look so young!. Anyway, the rest of the site has been fixed and tidied up to, so enjoy!
02/05/2006 - From the man himself
Dave posted on the forums today, just to keep everyone up to date with things in the InMe camp. Go write him a nice reply. Link is here.
21/04/2006 - Download Festival
InMe will play the Snickers Stage of Download festival on friday the 9th of June. See the full line up or visit the download festival website here.
04/04/2006 - Fanlisting
While there's no other news right now I may as well tell you that Dave's unofficial fanlisting has a new address and other new stuff. It can now be found at http://snow-spider.org/dave/. If you're not on the list go add yourself, you know you've nothing better to do right now.
30/03/2006 - Blogtastic
Dave's back again! He posted on his myspace blog once more: Looky here.
11/03/2006 - Blogerific.
Dave posted on his myspace blog again: Link.
07/03/2006 - Hello Stranger
The one and only Simon posted on the official forums today for the first time since... well ages. Anyway, here's what the band have been up to:
hello peeps! hope all is cool with you. Sorry we havn't been on line for a while, we're busy writing at the mo, some wikid songs are being born. The best way for you guys to keep up with whats new is probably our or daves personal "my space" jobby, he's always blogging random bullshit on there. Can't wait for download this year we'll be rocking our asses off for you all. keep safe y'all see ya at Doddington X i love you all
Simon = Legend. Linkage.
04/03/2006 - Look to the future...
The band are currently working part time jobs to get a bit of cash. However, they apparently have 5 brand new songs lined up for the next album already!
28/02/2006 - Rumours
The rumour on the forums is that the bands next single will be a brand new song, not from White Butterfly. It will be released around the same time as download festival (aka June), with the DVD being released around the same time. Just a rumour mind.
26/02/2006 - News News News
I've been busy on vacation all week, but while I've been gone there has been a little bit of InMe news still:
The band are still on break, Joe wants time to have some lie ins and do ironing or something. But, InMe have been confirmed for download festival, which runs from the 9th to 11th of June. Its not been confired which day yet - keep checking the forums for more information, as well as the download festival website.
14/02/2006 - Its all gone quiet
The guys are taking a break now after touring loads, so not much happening at the moment.
If you're interested there are some pretty awesome photos from the last tour taken by people on the forums so check them out. Someone also finally managed to make a recording of the Otherside video, which is a brilliant video by the way. Anyway, it can be found here. Credits to Jakamo for the recording, awesome dude.
PS: Happy Valentines Day <3
03/02/2006
Mini update: the avatar size on the InMe official forums has been changed to 75x75 (from 50x50) and so all the avatars have been rescaled accordingly, so that they will work perfectly there. Go check it.
As for InMe's mini tour, it is well underway now, two dates left. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get any photos from the Liverpool gig like I planned becasue of all the people who pushing in, so even though I was only two from the front (as I queued from 6pm) I couldn't see a thing by the time it started and was halfway back through the crowd. Sorry. Some others on the forums got good photos though, so check there :)
26/01/2006
Well the good news is my exams have finished, so as a treat for you all there is a whole new section to the site: avatars. These are images you can use as your display picture on forums and msn etc. Enjoy.
As for the band, their mini tour starts on monday; made up from 4 rescheduled dates from when Dave was ill and two new dates. Should be very cool, I shall be at the Liverpool gig next tuesday myself. Have a great time if you're going. I will try to get some pretty photos for you.
After the tour I'm guessing the guys will be having a bit of a break before anything else.
As for this website, I'm hoping to give it a bit of a revamp shortly to make it a bit clearer and easier to use. Ideas? Questions? Then contact me!
Peace out.
14/01/2006
No InMe news, guess the guys are still taking a break. Me, however, has fixed the broken links in the audio section =)
11/01/2006
As promised, here is the poster from this weeks kerrang. Its not very good quality I'm afraid and Dave's face got ripped where it was stapled in XD. lol. Its just the pic from the kinky kerrang interview a couple of week ago anyway, only in A3. Theres a digital copy of the photo on the bands official myspace page so go get that instead =P.
P.S. sorry for the lack of anything on the site this week, my A level exams have just started >_<
06/01/2006
InMe are in kerrang magazine again this week: A review of the Astoria gig and a pullout poster. Sweeter_reality scanned the review here, so big thanks to her =). If I manage to find a newsagents that sells the mag before the end of the week I will scan the poster in too.
04/01/2006
Everyone - visit Dave's very own myspace. What a legend.
Edit: and now the Official InMe Myspace, which is quite awesomely done might I add.
Edit2: InMe have added another tour date in January, Bradford Rio's on the 30th =)
01/01/2006

Hope you all had a good one, all the best for the new year.
As for InMe, this year we've lots to look forward to:
DVD filmed at Astoria should be released soon. Possible another single and another tour. Also the band may be going to Japan again. Then hopefully back to the studio towards the end of the year for the lads to get to work on a third album. Fingers crossed. All the best for them.

IMPORTANT - TOUR DATES CANCELLED
Posted on the official site this afternoon:
I'm afraid I have bad news.
Dave - InMe has got pharyngitus, which is an inflammation of the pharynx, and he's been signed off by a doctor for the next few days.
Consequently, there has been no choice but to cancel the following dates of the current tour. We hope to reschedule these in the very near future.
12/12/05 - Dudley JBs
13/12/05 - Newcastle Academy
14/12/05 - Glasgow Garage
15/12/05 - Liverpool Academy
It's a huge shame as the band hate disappointing the fans but what can you do eh?! Sh*t happens.
Peeps who had tickets for these dates will either be able to get a refund or be able to hold onto their tickets for the rescheduled dates. More details as we have them...
In the meantime the band are still hoping to play the Astoria gig on Saturday 17th, especially as that show is being filmed for a live DVD. Keep your fingers crossed chaps .....
For those of you, up North, who can make it, there are still some tickets available if you'd like to be part of the whole experience.
Get well soon Dave ...
